The University of Washington is situated in a wonderful section of the Pacific northwest. Occupying roughly 642 ac in North Central Seattle, the primary Seattle campus has created room for two more (one in Bothell, the other in Tacoma) completing the university seek higher education. The expanse has made this possible for inhabitants of Tacoma and north Puget Sound to have access to the Washington’s famous and flexible degree programs.
The university’s campus has a herbaceous park with many large cherry trees, which blossom in pink flowers each spring. It is a wonderful place to relax on a blanket and toss a Frisbee. Also, the libraries are the notch at the school.
The university’s undergraduates and graduates benefit from well-scheduled degree programs many of which are provided as late evening degree programs catering to working professionals and students. 17 major schools form the university with numerous degree programs such as Architecture & Urban Planning, Business, Forest Resources, Nursing, Education, Arts & Sciences, Pharmacy, Social Work, Law, Public Health & Community Medicine, Dentistry, Ocean & Fishery Science, Public Affairs, Engineering, Medicine, and Information.
Besides a broad diversity of degree programs to select from, the university of Washington encourages participation in the sports programs including basketball, football, swimming, baseball, volleyball, track & field and others.
