A lot of universities have different communities which are usually situated neat ir and surround it. And the University of Washington in Seattle doesn’t differ from others. It has several communities which can be very interesting. Some of them are situated near Lake Washington and a lot of windows of houses look to the amazing views of this lake. Other communities are situated in Northeast.  Here are some of the most remarkable communities of Seattle:

1. Laurelhurst – is situated to the east of the University, on the western coast of the Lake Washington. There are incredible views of the lake and Mount Rainier and Union Bay.
2. University District – is a part of the university itself. The main population of this community is students who rent living places. At this community you can enjoy amazing view of Puget Sound.
3. Roosevelt – is situated in the north of the University. There is small business in this community, but quantity of shops and restaurant is an essential disadvantage of this place.
4. View Ridge – this community also may boast of beautiful vies of the Lake Washington and Mount Rainier, but because of its small size, houses and apartments of this community are cheaper. There are also several stores and churches, two synagogues and View Ridge Elementary School.
